We are moving to a new house and garden. I’m too busy packing to paint or blog. My new garden is a bit of a mess: hopefully, I’ll be back to tell you all about it by mid-October. Meanwhile, I’ll be keeping up with my favourite bloggers (you know who you are).

  1. Dear Ms. Daffodil..thank you for reading and responding to my fills me with happiness to read your comments. It has been an interesting and glorious journey at sketchbloom and when I hit rough patches of the soul, sharing my work with all of you and reading your works always lifts me up : )

    • Thank you so much for your comment. I’m spending my days on mundane tasks. Sorting and packing, getting ready to move house after thirteen years. It’s soothing, in a way, leaving the mind free while the hands perform these repetitive motions. Looking at your artwork and reading your poetry provide a much needed injection of creativity, even if it is vicarious. Well, I don’t know if that’s entirely true: isn’t reading poetry a creative act, as well?
